Dining
Calistoga Inn, Restaurant & Brewery The Calistoga Inn boasts a 250-seat outdoor dining patio stretching along the right bank of the Napa River, a 110-seat indoor dining facility, a rustic pub with full bar reminiscent of the early days of Calistoga and a modern micro-brewery nestled in the original water tower of the property. The chefs of the Calistoga Inn cook over a wood-fired grill. House specialties include wood grilled meats, fish, and vegetarian items prepared in the popular California style and complimented with garlic mashed potatoes and savory pan sauces. We also serve a variety of pastas. In addition to good food and great beer, the Calistoga Inn has over 100 wines on its wine list.

Bosko's Ristorante

The owners, Mark Young and Ron Goldin, look forward to providing the flavors of contemporary American cuisine, in the most beautiful dining environment of the wine country.

Wanting a restaurant that served the true flavors of Mexico, the owner and chef traveled extensively, taking them to such places as Ixtlan, Guadalajara, Santa Cruz, Puerta Vallarta, Melaque, Colima and Oaxaca.
